Job responsibility by delegates
- Create account of Individuals user at least one in a day
- Create account of farmers at least one in a day
- Create account of retail shops
- Sales marketing to the retail shop
- Sales marketing to the Individuals user
- Sales marketing to the occasional events
- Request of local new product
- Confirming local crops quality control (QC)
- Purchase of local crops and shipping to the central warehouse
N.B: Delegates is bound to take all necessary steps to ensure the Crops Haat interest.
Benefits of delegates:
- If achieve target amount 50K in a month delegates will get based salaries amount 7000.00
- If achieve below target amount 50k in a month delegates will get only 7% on their actual sales amount, rest target amount will be added with the following month target
- If achieve above target amount of 50k in a month delegates will get 15% profit on their excess amount of actual sales
Payment Policies for delegates:
- Based salaries paid monthly
- 7% Sales commission paid monthly
- Profit can be withdrawn quarterly (4 times in a year)
- All Financial transection through bKash (within BDT 50K) and above fund will be provide by bank cheque.
